High Fiber, Equal parts (Pre Mix), 100% Oat Bran, 100% Wheat Bran, plus Quinoa, Ground Flax Seed, Brewers yeast, Dark Chocolate, (*big spoon of Cinnamon, Tumeric, etc. depending on size of mixture.) ....Serve Two Tablespoons in Bowl; Add Water and Beat In 1 Raw Egg, Doughy Cold Mixture, *heat if you like. Topped With 1/2 of a (2 lb.container) Full Fat Yogurt.

Sample Lunch Menu If Ate Fiber Mixture, for Breakfast, then Can Use Eggs and or/ Meat Such as Wild Salmon (never eat farmed) for Lunch, Add Big Raw Salad With Avocado Dip/Dressing, or Vinegar, Coconut Oil. or Olive Oil Lemon Juice, Keep Menus Mostly Live Food, (Uncooked or undercooked) Steamed Fish Good.

Evening Dinner Meal, Sample Big raw vegetable (spinach etc) salad, same dressing selection, 2 or more undercooked (steamed Vegetables) Meat Or fowl, Preferably Grass Fed

Two hour delay Delayed Desert, Eat Nothing after 8 pm.

Dark Chocolate Pudding, 1/2 tablespoon of 100% Dark Chocolate 1/4 Teaspoon Raw Honey comb or raw local Honey. Half A Container Of Full Fat Yogurt. Mix (stir) 1 raw egg optional.
